Whilst surfing is a physical practice, it also teaches us the importance and power of being always present and conscious.
Whether you are a surfer who is interested in Yoga or a yogi wishing to master the Surf — or maybe you already love both the Surf and your Yoga mat —, this retreat is the perfect way to delve into both and discover how they support one another so well.
Learn to surf with fully qualified surf instructors, who will guide you every day to the best surf spots according to each individual's skill, and the conditions on the day.
All our surf instructors hold a French coaching licence and can teach classes in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
If you're just surfing you are always welcome to join any yoga session for 10€ each.
